Episode 19 part 1 Meet Royleane

Connecting to our spiritual self

We Welcome Special Guest Royleane Otteson. We talk about finding spirituality and the context of the sometimes elusive Higher Power.

Royleane, aka Roy, was born in Los Angeles, CA. She currently resides in Seattle, WA with her husband and 3 sons. She has a BA in Special Education, a Graduate Certificate in Behavior Analysis, and is a Certified Spiritual Companion. Roy has always been fascinated by human behavior and spiritual journeys. She calls herself a spiritual explorer and what she has learned continues to inform her work within herself and with others. She is particularly fond of mindfulness and somatic practices. Roy is honored to sit with others in trust and connection and enjoys holding space for wherever they are right now.
